About Our Founder
Ian F. Haisler brings a rare blend of operational strategy, surveillance tradecraft, and executive-level leadership forged in the world’s most complex threat environments.
He supported joint missions with the CIA, FBI, DIA, and State Department, leading intelligence operations across tactical targeting, digital signature reduction, and high-risk HUMINT coordination — where failure wasn’t an option.
